Special projects are not limited, although it includes performing an analysis and providing the Board and Management the results of the study of how to better process a loan request through a system that appears to be weighted down with unnecessary obstacles. We will provide a written report of our findings and where needed provide recommendations how to improve the process. We will also determine if the current loan staffing levels are adequate and are the staffing levels in the correct areas of the lending process.
